The Pregnancy After Loss Support Course

We know that pregnancy after loss isn’t the relief others expect it to be.
We know the joy is often tangled with fear.
We know how hard it can be to hold onto hope when anxiety keeps creeping in.
What is it?
This is a gentle, 4-week community support course designed specifically for people navigating pregnancy after baby loss. It’s a safe space to connect with a small group of women who truly get what you’re going through — where you can speak honestly, share your fears, and feel less alone.
Who is this for?
This course is for anyone who is pregnant after loss – no matter how early, no matter how anxious, no matter how complicated your journey here has been.
It’s for you if you’ve experienced baby loss at any stage – from a positive test to neonatal loss. It’s for those who’ve been through miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, embryo loss, neonatal loss, or any other kind of loss.
If you’re carrying hope and fear in the same breath… if you’re struggling to connect with this pregnancy, to trust your body, or to believe that this time might end differently—this space is for you.
You don’t have to pretend to feel excited. You don’t have to explain why you’re scared. You just have to show up—we’ll meet you there.
What’s involved?
You’ll be invited to live Zoom drop-in sessions where we’ll check in, talk through where you’re at, and offer real, personalised support for everything you’re experiencing right now.
You’ll also have access to some great expert-led live sessions, focusing on both the emotional and physical sides of pregnancy after loss — especially the delicate dance between hope and anxiety.
And to support you day-to-day, we’ll send daily emails filled with encouragement, gentle guidance, and love.
You’ll also be added to a private WhatsApp group, just for this course – a space where you can connect with the others taking part, share in real time, and feel part of a community that truly understands.
Why join?
- Because you shouldn’t have to face this alone.
- Because your feelings — the fear, the grief, the hope — all matter.
- Because this journey deserves support, compassion, and community.
How do I sign up?
Please register your interest for this course. An email will be sent out to everyone on the waiting list before the course launches. Spaces are limited and will be booked up quickly.
We’d be honoured to walk beside you.
You are not alone.
Here’s what previous participants said about the course:
“I found the PAL course to be really useful. The resources shared via email were handy, but the part I’ve found the most helpful were the zoom calls and the WhatsApp group. The group have been really supportive of each other, information gets shared that has been really useful, and I feel connected to people who understand.” – PAL course attendee
“The TWGGE PAL course came at the perfect time for me, I was 7 weeks pregnant and had never felt more alone. The daily emails gave me something to look forward to and work on that day, and the support from others in the same situation has been invaluable. We talk every day and it’s so reassuring to know that no matter how you are feeling, you are not alone ❤️” – PAL course attendee
