The Trying To Conceive Support Course

Firstly, we just want to say how deeply sorry we are that you’re in this gang. It’s a club no one ever wants to join—and we wish with all our hearts that you didn’t have to be here.

Trying to conceive (TTC) after loss is an emotional rollercoaster that can feel overwhelming, confusing, and incredibly lonely. For many of us, it’s not as simple as “just trying again.” It’s layered with fear, hope, grief, and often, physical and emotional exhaustion.

We know that getting yourself into the best possible place – physically, mentally, and emotionally – can make this journey feel a little more manageable and a lot less isolating. That’s what this course is here for.

Who is this for?

This course is for anyone who is trying to conceive after experiencing baby loss at any stage, including miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, ectopic or molar pregnancy, embryo loss, neonatal loss, or multiple losses.

It’s also for those navigating fertility challenges, those feeling worn down by tests, treatments, or unanswered questions, and anyone trying to conceive naturally or through assisted fertility (like IVF or IUI).

If you’re feeling stuck, scared, unsure where to turn next- or simply want to feel more informed and supported—this is for you.

What is it?

A 4 week support and information course created especially for people trying to conceive after loss.

This course is designed to help you feel more empowered and less alone. We’ve worked with a range of expert voices to bring you practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and evidence-based information to support both your body and mind through the TTC process after baby loss.

What’s involved?

Live Zoom sessions where we’ll talk openly and honestly about where you’re at, how you’re feeling, and what support you need. These are relaxed, supportive conversations with people who get it.

Expert-led content covering the core areas of TTC after loss – including:

Nutrition and supplements

Gentle movement and exercise

Emotional wellbeing and mindset

Navigating relationships

The emotional toll of loss, infertility, and uncertainty

Daily emails offering encouragement, thoughtful prompts, practical tips, and reminders that you’re doing your best (even when it doesn’t feel like it).

A private WhatsApp group, just for your course cohort – where you can share, vent, connect, and support each other in real-time.

Why join?

  • Because TTC after loss is tough – and you shouldn’t have to face it on your own.
  • Because your body and mind deserve gentle, expert-informed care.
  • Because getting support doesn’t mean giving up – it means gathering strength for the road ahead.

How do I sign up?

Please register your interest for this course. An email will be sent out to everyone on the waiting list before the course launches. Spaces are limited and will be booked up quickly.

We’d love to walk beside you on this part of the journey. You are not alone. Not now, not ever. ❤️

Here’s what previous participants said about the course:

“I wasn’t sure whether to sign up but I’m so glad I did. I’ve learnt loads (even though I thought I knew everything!) and it’s been really helpful connecting with other women who have been through a similar experience and has definitely made me feel less alone.” – TTC course attendee

“It’s f*****g  fantastic !! 👍” TTC course attendee

“It’s been so informative. I thought I understood a bit about my body, cycles etc but it turns out I’ve been a bit clueless. It’s been so good helping me deal with everything. I love to find out information (probably research a bit too much) but the internet can be so overwhelming so it’s been good to have things all laid out for you. Also the support from other women and you guys has definitely been the best part. The zoom calls etc are definitely a life line when I’m struggling, they’ve always seem to come when I’m needing them the most 💕💕 would recommend to anyone who seems to find themselves in this ‘shitshow’ as you guys call it!” TTC course attendee

“The perfect course for anyone who needs support, strength and hope TTC after loss. I had been struggling with my confidence, ugly feelings and my relationship with my body since my TFMR in May. It has helped me relax and connect with other women who are all feeling the same.”  TTC course attendee

“My favourite bit has been the drop ins. It’s like listening to the podcast except we get to join in!” TTC course attendee

“No conversation or question is ever silly. The calls are a great way to have a rant and talk about the highs and lows of TTC after loss. A perfect example of the power of women helping other women. Xx” TTC course attendee

“I love the course. It has made me feel more empowered and a little bit more in control of an uncontrollable shitshow. It’s so great to listen/talk to people in the same situation (I feel like I’m annoying my friends and work colleagues). Also, I’m really trying with the positive thoughts and they really do make me feel better! Thank you! Xx” TTC course attendee
