We know how challenging pregnancy after loss can be. It is not the 'relief' that others assume it is.
It is a time fraught with anxiety and uncertainty and can leave us navigating hugely difficult emotions and feelings.
We have curated this course to help support you on your pregnancy after loss journey. The course is two weeks in length and begins on September 2nd. During this time, you will receive daily emails with actionable advice and support, as well as benefitting from live zoom drop in sessions and a private whats app group to meet and connect with others on their own PAL journey.
