TFMR Baby Loss Support Course brought to you by The Worst Girl Gang Ever Foundation (in collaboration with TFMR Mamas, Ellie’s Gift Project and ARC, Antenatal Results and Choices)
4 week support course starting on Monday 5th May.
We know how needed the course is and are aware it is likely to be oversubscribed. We kindly ask that you ensure you can commit to the live sessions before signing up.
We understand how dark and isolating it is where you are right now and we're here for you. If you have no idea how to navigate the world you've been thrown into following the loss of your baby due to a termination for medical reasons, this course is for you.
Our four week course will support you by introducing you to emotional tools to fill up that toolbox and implement into your life to help you cope and manage the way you feel.
Who is this for?
Those who have experienced a Termination For Medical Reasons and ended a wanted pregnancy for any fetal diagnosis (including T21, Down Syndrome) or related to maternal/birthing persons health or mental health reasons.
What does it involve?
7 Live Support Sessions on Zoom
1. MONDAY 5th MAY 20:00 - Drop in Introductions call with Laura/Bex (Founders of TWGGEF)
You can come and chat safely in the knowledge that you are surrounded by others who understand you. It will be an opportunity to meet the other people on the course. We’ll find out a little bit about each other and your reasons for being here and what you hope to get out of the course.

Here's what previous attendees had to say about our baby loss support courses:
"I find it so incredibly hard to admit that I need help/can’t do it on my own and you, Bex & Laura, have given such validation to my feelings (which I 100% never got from 99% of the health care professionals I came into contact with) and permission for me and others to feel like it’s ok to say ‘I’m not ok and I need some help"
"The daily emails are such a reminder that we’re not on our own and I find it so useful to have a daily task to focus my mind on a way that might reframe things or help me manage some for the day to day challenges, so a massive thankyou and a massive thumbs up for the course and this amazing support group xxx Katrina "
"I was grieving the person I previously was. Then along came you saints with this course; it felt like a sign from the universe saying to me - mate, you're going to need this, sign up. I can honestly say it's the best money I've ever spent on myself."
"I signed up to this course feeling very lost and alone. Logging on to the first session and seeing all those people in the same boat as me, I suddenly wasn’t alone. I am so grateful to have found the course and met some wonderful women who I hope to remain in touch with. Thank you to you both and TWGGE for being a light in my storm. Love Alex xxx "
"I have never felt more connected on a deeper level emotionally, more understood, validated, and respected than with this amazing group of women who sadly like myself have been through the shittest time with fertility/baby loss. The support has been incredible, from the weekly zooms, being able to rant, cry, share, listen and help others, it's been so meaningful and I have left each zoom feeling heard, validated and less alone."
"I really loved the workshops and the daily emails with humour and empathy getting me through each day. I have loved all the exercises and writing challenges and will take so much forward from this course. What you both have created from a place of heartache and loss yourselves is absolutely incredible and I will be endlessly grateful to you."
