Trying to Conceive After Loss – Nutrition and Lifestyle

£125.00

FEBRUARY 26th - TTC, NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE WITH ALISON HALL

Getting your lifestyle and nutrition on track to give yourself the best possible chances when trying to conceive.

This course is for you if you want to get in the best possible position for conception. We’re basing it on the ‘trimester 0’ approach (the 3 months prior to conception) but you can join wherever you are on your journey.

We’ll be covering nutrition, supplements, toxins and lifestyle, but will have loads more general TTC stuff along the way.

It’s another intimate course, so you’ll have a huge opportunity for connection with others signed up with weekly online zoom meetings and a private whats app group to give and receive support.

Live drop in dates are as follows:

Monday 26th Feb 8pm - chat & support

Tuesday 27th Feb 8pm - webinar with Alison (will be recorded to watch back)

Thursday 7th March 8pm - chat & support
