MAY 13th - WHAT NEXT?? WITH RACHEL SHERRIFF & ALISON HALL

What next? Where to turn and what to do when trying to conceive after loss.

This course is for you if you’re not sure where to go and what to do next.

We’ve teamed up with Rachel Sherriff and Alison Hall to offer an intimate and comprehensive guide to how to continue (or start) to navigate your fertility journey when you’re not sure what the next move is.

We’ll be covering general trying to conceive support such as lifestyle, nutrition and mindset, as well as delving into the more intricate issues and problems such as testing, underlying health conditions, advocating for yourself & what to ask at appointments.

We’ll also be going in on a WHOLE LOAD of more general TTC stuff - to get you in the best possible space emotionally and physically to conceive.

It’s another intimate course, so you’ll have a huge opportunity for connection with others signed up with weekly online zoom meetings and a private whats app group to give and receive support.

Live drop in dates are as follows:

Monday 13th May 8 - 9 pm

Monday 20th May 7.30 - 8.30pm
