THE Baby Loss Support Course

£125.00

Welcome to our original support course, we know how dark and isolating it is where you are right now and we're here for you.

If you have no idea how to navigate the world you've been thrown into following the loss of your baby, this course is for you.

Our four week course will support you by introducing you to emotional tools to fill up that toolbox and implement into your life to help you cope and manage the way you feel.

Remember - you can't help the way you feel, but if you work on yourself, the way you feel will change.
We will be covering the following topics:

  • Grief
  • Mindfulness and meditation
  • Gratitude
  • Exercise
  • Relationships & intimacy
  • Triggers and boundaries
  • Control
  • Nutrition

We will have a weekly live drop in support session on zoom, where you can come and chat safely in the knowledge that you are surrounded by others who understand you. There will also be 2 live expert sessions, one on gratitude and one on mindfulness that can be watched back if you can't make them.

Perhaps the most useful of all tools, there will be a private whats app group for you to connect with others on the course who are navigating a similar experience.

Dates: Course begins on: Monday 15th April

Live drop in sessions run from 8 - 9 pm (UK time): Monday 15th April, Monday 22nd April, Thursday 2nd May, Tuesday 7th May.

Live expert sessions: Wednesday 17th April 7pm & Tuesday 30th April 7pm
