WORKSHOP: Desire, Disconnection & Reconnection: Navigating Sex & Intimacy During Infertility

Your Host

Lucy is a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist working in London, helping others to navigate the painful world of infertility and childlessness, and the impact it has on how we feel sexually, and relationally. At the age of 40, after twelve years of trying to conceive a child of her own, Lucy made the decision to stop and instead, use her experience positively, helping others in their journey via individual and couples therapy, workshops and retreats.

The Workshop

Infertility impacts every part of life—and intimacy is no exception. In this supportive and honest workshop, sex and relationship therapist Lucy Frank (theyxologist) will explore how the journey of infertility affects sexual desire, the psychological shifts that can create disconnection, and gentle, realistic ways to begin reconnecting – with yourself, your body, and your partner. Whether you’re feeling pressure, numbness, distance, or frustration, this session offers insight, compassion, and tools to help you feel a little more like yourself again.
