When Your Body Remembers: Nervous System Support After Loss
Your Host
I’m Elle,
Loss mum to triplets, rainbow mum to 1 & a therapist specialising in supporting mums after baby loss.
My work is centered around helping you create safe, fast, and lasting change from within, without needing to revisit or relive deeply traumatic moments.
I support loss mums to feel more in control of their grief, more connected to their baby, and able to move through life with more steadiness and support, so you’re not just surviving your grief, but gently learning how to live alongside it.

The Session
After baby loss, grief doesn’t just live in your thoughts, it lives in your body too.
Triggers can feel sudden, intense, and overwhelming, leaving you unsure how to steady yourself in the moment.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
-
Why your nervous system responds the way it does after loss
-
What’s happening in your body during triggers and emotional waves
-
Gentle, practical tools to help you feel more grounded and supported
And we’ll finish up with a gentle guided hypnosis to take your nervous system back to baseline.
This is a soft, supportive space designed specifically for loss mums, to help you navigate those moments with more understanding, compassion, and care.
