The Class

Weekly fitness classes with Khlo Fit – created to help you reconnect with your body and feel good again after loss.

This is a safe, supportive space for anyone who feels like their body has let them down, especially after pregnancy loss. You’re not alone in that feeling – and here, we gently work toward rebuilding trust, confidence, and self-love.

There’s absolutely no pressure or expectation. Join with your camera on or off – whatever feels right for you. This hour is yours.

Khloe know’s first hand how isolating it can feel to lose faith in your body, and how disconnected you can become from it. That’s why these sessions are all about coming back to yourself – moving your body in a way that feels enjoyable, freeing, and empowering.

Every exercise comes with options, so you can go at your own pace with regressions and progressions available throughout. Whether you’re just starting again or finding your rhythm, you are welcome here.

Expect uplifting girl gang anthems, feel-good energy, and a celebration of everything our bodies can do. Each week brings a new theme, a new vibe, and a fresh opportunity to move, feel, and heal.

No equipment needed – just you!
